    You as the Hippo administrator can easily create work order submission accounts for each residence or staff member. You set the priorities and security levels allowing each user a hierarchy of controlled usage.

  2. Prioritise work order submissions

    We know when residence and staff have access to submit work orders ranging from room temperatures to more alarming situations, there can be an overuse of the system. Hippo can help eliminate duplicate work order submissions and track history of all work orders. You can set Hippo to email you (or your staff) work order notifications. Alternatively you may opt to login to Hippo and view the work order submissions daily whether they are immediate or yearly scheduled.

  3. Access work order and equipment information from anywhere

    Hippo does not require any additional CMMS software installed on your computer network. With an IE6 web browser and access to the internet, you can login to Hippo from anywhere in the world since it's web-based.

    Hippo Senior is priced for individual facilities. For example, if you run just 1 personal care home and require to manage all your work orders, inventory and reports Hippo Senior is for you.

    Hippo Enterprise is designed to help Admins manage multiple facilities in a grouped environment. Logging into Hippo Enterprise instantly gives you a broad view of all your locations along with an overview of all work orders whether they are demand or preventive.
